Where are you based & will you travel?
We are based in Toowoomba, Queensland and will travel Australia-wide.
Travel within 50 kilometres of Toowoomba is at no additional cost.
Beyond Toowoomba, a travel fee will apply depending on the location.
Feel free to get in touch with your planned location and we will provide a quote.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking:
- Compact digital or film session (up to 30 minutes): $50 deposit
- Standard digital or film session (1 hour+): $100 deposit
- Elopements: $250 deposit
- Weddings: $500 deposit
Deposit Refunds:
For compact or standard digital/film sessions, the full deposit is refundable if you cancel up to 14 days before your session date. After that, the deposit becomes non-refundable but can be transferred to another session if we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.
For elopements and weddings, the full deposit is refundable if you cancel up to 60 days before your date. After that, the deposit becomes non-refundable but can be transferred to another session if we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.
FAQ
When and how will we receive our photos?
Delivery times depend on the type of session:
- Digital & Film sessions: 2–3 weeks
- Elopements: 4–6 weeks
- Weddings: 6–8 weeks
Your photos will be delivered through Pixieset, an online gallery platform. You will receive a private link where you can easily view, download, and share your images with friends and family.
What should we wear to our session?
We recommend choosing outfits that feel comfortable and reflect your personal style.
